I have struggled with nutrition for years and never understood why nutrition was important. In my mind, as long as I ate that day, I was doing all right. Little did I know, that the lack of intention behind what I was eating was the reason I felt tired all the time. I also had issues with cognition and muscle control. Eating junk food and my lack of understanding was slowly killing me. Learning what nutrients I need, and where to find them, has been the greatest investment in knowledge I have made. Now, I am energetic and feel ready to conquer the world. If I can help, at least, one person avoid all the pitfalls I had to endure, I have lived with purpose.
